Demolition works completed as per AS 2601 -2001 (Demolition of structures). Scope includes:
- Tree protection as per demolition plan (arborists inspection)
- Internal stripping
- Hazmat removed as per plan.
- Scaffold protection (design and installation)
- Commence demolition of the existing structure including brick garage and bin room by adequate plant.
- Complete site clearance to complete works.
